Vesta Dinner Club hosts curated, multi-course pop-up dining experiences in Cincinnati, OH, built around community and partnerships with other local small businesses and creatives. Since February 2026, I've partnered with Vesta as a true full-service creative partner, from branding and print and environmental design, to building the tech systems and integrations behind the entire guest experience, to social media, email marketing, ticket sales, and assistant photography and event design on-site.

My goal has always been to make every touchpoint, from the first email to the final thank-you note, feel thoughtful, personal and as elevated as the dinner itself.

VEsta Print Materials

I create the full suite of in-person touchpoints for Vesta's pop-up dinner events: business cards, menus, guest thank-you notes, take-home cookie stickers, and vinyl window clings for on-site environmental branding. Every piece is crafted to feel cohesive and elevated, extending the premium dinner experience into every tangible detail guests took home or encountered in the space.

Vesta Email Marketing

I've built and managed Vesta Dinner Club's email marketing from the ground up, growing their list to 92 subscribers through two sold-out pop-up events since February 2026.

The goal was to get into primary inboxes, keep unsubscribes low, and share event and service content that's clean, brand consistent and easy to read on both mobile and desktop.

Vesta Social Media

I curate and post Instagram and Facebook content for Vesta, posts and stories sharing upcoming event details, ticket links, and photos from past dinners. The goal is to keep the brand's presence active and inviting, driving awareness and ticket sales while giving followers a feel for the Vesta experience.

VEsta Guest Journey

Beyond marketing, I designed the full guest journey for Vesta Dinner Club, from the moment someone signs up to the moment they share feedback after the event. The goal was to make every touchpoint feel as intentional and polished as the dinner itself, while keeping each step simple enough that guests never had to think twice about what to do next.

The experience spans four connected pieces, each built on a different platform:
1. Email subscriber signup (ActiveCampaign): A clean, simple entry point to join the list and hear about upcoming events.
2. Ticket purchase & checkout (Stripe): A smooth, trustworthy checkout flow designed to make buying a ticket feel effortless.
3. Pre-event info form (Jotform): Collects the details needed to prepare for each guest ahead of the event, presented in a way that feels personal rather than transactional.
4. Post-event feedback form (Jotform): An easy way for guests to share their experience, closing the loop and shaping future events.

Designing across four different platforms meant adapting to each tool's constraints while keeping a consistent voice, look, and feel throughout, so the experience always felt like one brand, start to finish.

Alongside Vesta's Director of Photography, I capture additional shots on-site during events, guests, florals, table and print details, and overall event design. These images support Vesta's marketing and social content while giving a fuller picture of the atmosphere and small details that make each dinner feel distinct.
